Since safety is of the utmost importance in our group, the following Standard Operating Procedures are available as part of our Chemical Hygiene Plan. Each Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will provide the user with information on how lab members must handle a hazardous chemical, including acceptable amounts and concentrations, and special considerations and what protective equipment is necessary (i.e. a blast shield). All group members should read the SOP of the reagent they wish to use then talk to Dr. Boyce prior to usage!
